- If any appointment restrictions apply to you, or you have previous work done by a different artist, please notify me PRIOR to booking as you may not qualify. Booking without notification will be grounds for cancellation fee.
- Facetime consultations and/or phone calls are recommended for any pre-appointment questions. Please request if applicable.
- Once all questions are answered and you are found to be a good candidate for PMU, you may move forward with booking and secure your appointment. Once booking is made, you will receive confirmation.
- I do understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, however your cancellation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. All requests for rescheduling must be done so PRIOR TO 48 hours of your scheduled appointment without forfeiting your cancellation fee.
- Once again, Your cancellation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Do NOT book until you have read all information, policies, and terms & conditions related to your appointment. Submission of your credit card signifies your agreement of these terms.
- NO food or drinks are allowed in the work space.
- NO persons below the age of 18 are allowed in the studio during appointment hours.
- There is a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive outside of that window your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
- Please DO NOT arrive early to your appointment!
- It is your responsibility to read your consent form prior to your appointment. By signing the form you are agreeing to the policies stated on the form and all information is true
